A new addition

Last night a new addition was added to the Lawrence Family. Frank's brother Tommy and his wife Juanita had the most beautiful little girl. Her name is Corinne Theresa. She was 8lbs 1 oz and was 20 inches long. We can't wait to meet her. They live in Texas so it will be a while.

Cormac said Mom today for the first time. Now, I don't think he was actually saying Mom for me but he was able to use a consonant vowel and consonant. This is a huge accomplishment for him. He kept repeating. Mom mom mom. Before today he would say the MMMM noise and the AHH noise but never together!

We are planning to go to Jim Dandy's today to watch some football with the boys.

It's been a while...

I started this blog a long time ago but have not been keeping it up. I plan to keep it updated starting today. The boys are now 19 months old. They continue to amaze me every day. They run through the house like a tornado. They love each other so much it can bring you to tears. Ciaran and Colin are really starting to talk. Ciaran can say cracker, mama, dada, baby, bubble, bup (which means up), star, more, bye-bye and a few others I can't think of at the moment. Colin says about the same but not quite as clear. Ciaran repeats everything like a parrot! Cormac is doing wonderful with his bilateral cochlear implants. He has only been hearing for less than 4 months. He says Hi and Bye Bye. He has other sounds he uses for words and is one amazingly smart little boy. He doesn't miss a trick. They all make animal noises. Colin's pig noise is the funniest. If you ask them to dance they all dance. Cormac does a little shoulder shrug that is so cute.

I will post again later. Have to go make dinner.
